Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via express courier and delivered within 24–48 hours throughout Italy, with the exception of the smaller islands, where delivery takes place within 48–72 hours.

Note: Couriers may not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Italy (excluding island and remote locations): €8.00
Free shipping on orders over €150.00
Islands and remote locations: shipping cost available upon request via email.

Shipment receipt procedure

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

The condition of the received package.
In the event of tampering and/or damage, it is mandatory to immediately dispute the shipment by noting “GOODS INSPECTION RESERVED DUE TO [reason]” on the courier’s delivery document.

Shipping information

Shipping notification: once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email from ordini@destefanisnocciole.it confirming the shipment.

By the same evening, you will receive another email containing the tracking number so you can monitor the shipment status yourself.
